1. Purchasing Works

artaxcess.com provides TWO alternatives for payment of purchased art works.

A. Direct Bank Deposit: Transfer payments from your bank account directly to us:  

B. Payment by Cheque or Money Order

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

For all items other than original paintings and stretched Limited Edition Gicleé Prints on canvas, the cost of shipment and insurance is included in the final price.

All items will be shipped within 10 working days of receiving clearance of payment of your order, pending agreement on delivery details.

• Unstretched canvas items to be sent domestically and internationally will be sent using Registered Australia Post.

• Stretched Wrap-Around Frame canvas works for both domestic and international orders use Australian Air Express.

3. Returns Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item purchased arrives damaged. If this occurs contact us immediately. We will pay for the return postage of the damaged item and we will replace it with the same item upon inspection of damaged goods.

4. Privacy Statement

artaxcess.com is committed to protecting your "privacy" and will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information which we hold, from misuse or unauthorised access.

5. Copyright

Under National and International copyright law art works created by Lazar Krum are protected and the artist retains copyright over all his work, including those works purchased online.

Communicating and reproducing images of art works by Lazar Krum, using any known and/or yet to be discovered technology, is prohibited unless written permission has been given by the artist.

6. Chain of Title

All online sales will be accompanied by an invoice and supporting Certificate of Authenticity.
